Refund policy
At TEUSS, we want to guarantee your satisfaction when making a purchase with us. Therefore, we have established the following policy of returns, refunds and replacements, applicable to all our customers. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the conditions described below:
1. Deadline to Request a Return
• You have up to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to request a return. After this period, no return or refund requests will be accepted.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without having previously requested the return will not be accepted.

2. Returns for Damaged Products
• If you receive a damaged product, it is essential to follow the following procedure to process the return:
1. Record a continuous video from the moment you start opening the package. This video should show:
• The intact packaging at the beginning.
• Opening the package.
• The product in the conditions in which it was received, evidencing the damage.
2. Videos where the package is already open or manipulations after the time of opening will not be accepted.
• Once the damage is validated through the video provided:
• The customer must cover the cost of sending the damaged product to our address to proceed with the return or exchange.
• Note: If the damage is not verified or the video does not meet the aforementioned conditions, the return or refund will not be processed.
3. Refunds for Change of Opinion
• If you decide to return the product because you no longer want it or it is not to your liking, you can do it within the established period of 14 calendar days.
• Conditions:
• The product must be in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging intact.
· The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging, for its return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the product to our address.
• Once we receive the product and validate that it meets the requirements, you will receive 100% of the value of your purchase as a refund.
Damages and problems
Please review your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.
Exceptions / items without return
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of on-sale items or gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to make sure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

14-day reflection period of the European Union Without prejudice to the foregoing, if the goods are sent within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. 4. Repositions
4.1. By Our Mistake
• If due to any mistake on our part you receive a wrong product (variant, size, model, color, etc.), we assume full responsibility. In this case:
• The return shipment and the shipment of the correct product will be at our expense.
• The customer must contact our customer service to start the process and provide proof of the error (such as photos of the product received and the packaging).
4.2. By Customer Error
• If the customer requests a replacement due to an error when selecting the variant, size, model, color or other details of the product at the time of purchase:
• The customer must cover the shipping costs to return the wrong product.
• In addition, an additional charge of 25% of the value of the product will be charged to process the replacement and send the correct product.
• The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging intact.
5. Refunds
• The refund will be processed only after receiving and verifying the status of the returned product.
• The customer will receive the corresponding amount within 5-10 business days after validation.
• The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and we will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days. Remember that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and make the refund effective.
